Scrum Master III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master III to lead Agile development efforts and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile development efforts by prioritizing work based on business value and conveying the vision to the team
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage project aspects to ensure deadlines and budget constraints are met
• Facilitate the Scrum process, maintain the product backlog, and remove impediments to enhance team productivity

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills to foster collaboration and self-organization within teams
• Proficiency in managing product backlogs and Agile ceremonies
