Scrum Master III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master III responsible for guiding and coaching Agile teams and promoting Agile practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead initiatives to standardize Agile principles across the organization
• Assess Agile/Scrum maturity of teams and coach them to higher levels of maturity
• Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution within teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of software development experience in full life cycle environments
• Four years of experience utilizing Agile processes for business improvements
• Five years of business management or stakeholder relationship management experience
• Professional Scrum Master certification is required
