Scrum Master III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master III to support an Enterprise Platform Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and methodologies
• Act as a thought leader for the Product Owner in refining the product backlog
• Eliminate impediments to product delivery by collaborating with IT and business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of work experience in Scrum/Agile or related IT/business analysis/project management roles
• 2 years of experience coaching leadership, teams, or individuals
• Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience within a traditional Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
