Scrum Master Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain project plans using JIRA and Confluence

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) strongly preferred
• Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance, must be a US Citizen
