Scrum Master / Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to manage Agile teams and facilitate project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Agile teams and ensure effective sprint planning aligned with the product roadmap
• Administer Jira and oversee supplementary collaboration tools, providing user support and troubleshooting
• Facilitate communication and resolve tool-related issues with internal teams and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira administration, including workflows and permissions
• Agile Certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
• Experience with Jira Align is a strong plus
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro and Glean preferred
