Scrum Master / Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Agile projects, ensuring alignment with Program Increment (PI) and business objectives
• Coordinate with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized backlog
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager leading Agile teams
• Expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience in finance systems and familiarity with Navy Federal processes is a plus
