Scrum Master/Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager to support enterprise DevSecOps initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master for platform and application teams
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and cross-team coordination
• Coordinate work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure aligned priorities and predictable delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master with Agile methodologies
• Proven track record in managing DevSecOps and CI/CD projects
• Familiarity with Azure cloud delivery environments and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of security integration within Agile delivery workflows
