Scrum Master Project Manager

Job Summary

To enhance project delivery within the technology organization, the full-time Scrum Master Project Manager will manage software development projects, facilitate Agile practices, and ensure cross-functional team collaboration while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide coaching on Agile principles to optimize team performance
• Track and manage project progress, addressing impediments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and maintain transparent communication on project status

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• Project Management and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Experience in SVOD and a strong understanding of streaming technologies
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience delivering technology programs from inception to delivery with cross-disciplinary teams
