Scrum Master Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic Agile environment, the remote Scrum Master Project Manager will support up to two Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project delivery, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coach Scrum teams on Agile principles and best practices while facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Manage project risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven experience as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
