Scrum Master - Remote

Job Summary

Enabling effective and value-focused delivery across Enterprise Data Management scrum teams, the full-time Scrum Master - Remote will facilitate Agile practices, coach teams, and ensure work is prioritized and ready for execution while working remotely or from major office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring clear purpose and outcomes
• Coach teams to adopt Agile principles and improve effectiveness, delivery outcomes, and organizational consistency
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team flow, while driving continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery environment
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience is required; certification-only exposure is insufficient
• Experience supporting technology teams and strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles
• Ability to build effective partnerships across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
