Job Summary

Supporting a highly active Data Services organization, the contract Scrum Master - RI Licensed will manage multiple initiatives across data engineering and platform teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and enhancing workflow efficiency in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as embedded Scrum Master for Data Services, ensuring structured workflows and effective backlog management
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while tracking dependencies and risks
• Collaborate with technical teams to create user stories and maintain organized Jira boards across initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or in an Agile Program support role
• Proven ability to support multiple technical teams operating in parallel
• Strong experience managing Jira boards and Agile workflows
• Ability to write clear user stories and tickets in collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience working closely with data engineering or technical teams
