Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedule for courseware development projects within an agile environment
• Mentor and motivate the team to improve processes, facilitate meetings, and eliminate team impediments
• Facilitate agile processes across the team and with government personnel

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Deep knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
• May need a government clearance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues quickly
