Job Summary
To support a collaborative work environment, the full-time remote Scrum Master V will facilitate the Scrum Team's work, coach team members on Scrum practices, and ensure clear goals and scope while removing impediments to project progress.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events and promote continuous communication within the team
- Coach the team on the Scrum framework and guide execution of Scrum practices
- Identify tools for Product Backlog management and support the creation of high-value products
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
- PMP certification required
- CSM or equivalent certification required
- MUST be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a drug and background check
