Scrum Master - Virginia

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master for the Analytics Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment of sprint goals with business priorities
• Act as a liaison between analytics team members and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into user stories
• Track Agile performance metrics and lead retrospectives to improve collaboration and delivery performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree and 5+ years; or High School diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with business stakeholders in analytics or data-driven initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams
• Experience using Agile lifecycle management tools, such as Jira
