Scrum Master with DoD Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support the DoD enterprise Military Housing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum processes for Agile development teams supporting the eMH application
• Schedule and organize Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Track sprint progress and promote transparency using Agile tools and artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification, or ability to obtain within six months
