Scrum Master with DOD Clearance

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Scrum Master with DOD Clearance will execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle in support of a federal law enforcement customer, guiding teams in Agile practices and facilitating progress towards team goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute Scrum methodologies and facilitate product team's progress toward goals
• Lead Agile ceremonies, eliminate blockers, and promote quality practices
• Provide feedback for team improvement and support coordination between development and infrastructure teams

Required qualifications:

• Active DOD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Agile environments
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Kendis
