Scrum Master with EDI Expertise

Job Summary

Leading a scrum team in a remote full-time capacity, the Scrum Master with EDI Expertise will manage project execution, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with Agile methodologies, particularly within the healthcare domain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management guidance to scrum teams and oversee project timelines and resource allocation
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met and managing project financials and risks
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and effective backlog management

Required qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting software development programs
• 5 years of experience leading programs using LeSS or SAFe methodologies
• Strong background as a Scrum Master within Agile development environments
• Expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) related to eBilling, ePharmacy, and eInsurance
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
