Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0

Job Summary

To support multiple initiatives in the utilities sector, the contract Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0 will manage Agile teams focused on implementing vendor systems and applications, working remotely with occasional quarterly travel for PI planning.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage multiple teams in the implementation of Electric Work Management and other vendor systems
• Support teams in the Grid and Pipe Value Stream with the implementation of IBM Maximo in the cloud
• Oversee the development of External Portal applications for contractors and agencies, ensuring effective dependency management and escalation processes

Required qualifications

• SAFe 6.0 certification with experience in Agile methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience with Program Management and vendor implementation processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Agile teams and initiatives
• Familiarity with hybrid Agile approaches and dependency management
