Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0

Job Summary

To support multiple initiatives in the utilities industry, the contract Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0 and Azure DevOps will manage Agile teams focused on Electric Work Management, Generation implementation, and External Portal applications, working remotely with occasional quarterly travel for PI planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple Agile teams implementing vendor systems and integrations within the Electric Work Management initiative
• Oversee teams implementing IBM Maximo in the cloud for the Generation initiative, ensuring effective vendor collaboration
• Support the development of External Portal applications for contractors and agencies within the Customer Value Stream

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0 certification
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps and experience with dependency management and escalations
• Experience with program management and hybrid Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with vendor implementation and interface projects
• Experience in conducting multiple PI planning sessions, ideally over 10
