Job Summary

Supporting DoD Agile delivery teams, the remote Scrum Master with Top Secret Clearance will facilitate Scrum practices, remove impediments, and promote collaboration to ensure high-quality sprint deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove blockers affecting sprint progress and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with the product owner for backlog refinement and user story clarification

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with any Agile certification
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
