Scrum Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for an IT product and maintain alignment with business needs
• Own prioritization of the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required
• Master's degree in Business or Health Administration is preferred
• Minimum of five years of business management or health care operations experience required
• Minimum of three years of experience leading business initiatives for systemic change
• Minimum of two years of experience as a functional Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master
