SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Acting as a technical advisor and product expert, the full-time Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate SD-WAN capabilities, design customized solutions for clients, and ensure successful product implementation, all while working remotely in Brazil and covering the LATAM market.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to present tailored technical solutions and conduct product demonstrations for clients
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions based on client assessments of their network environments
- Act as a technical resource for existing clients, providing ongoing support and advocacy for optimal network performance
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
