SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing overlay specialist sales team, the full-time Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer will act as a technical advisor, demonstrating SD-WAN capabilities to clients and ensuring successful product implementation while working remotely in Brazil to cover the LATAM market.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to present tailored technical solutions and conduct product demonstrations to clients
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions by assessing client network environments and aligning with their business objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing technical support and advocacy for SD-WAN features
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
