SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing overlay specialist sales team, the full-time Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer will act as a technical advisor and product expert, working remotely in Brazil to demonstrate SD-WAN capabilities, design customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation for clients across the LATAM market.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements and present tailored technical solutions
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, explaining SD-WAN features and advantages
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions by assessing client network environments and ensuring alignment with performance and security needs
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years in technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
