SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the LATAM market, the full-time Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer will act as a technical advisor and product expert, collaborating with sales teams to demonstrate SD-WAN capabilities, design customized solutions, and ensure successful product implementation while working remotely in Brazil.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements and tailor technical solutions and demonstrations
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients, explaining SD-WAN features and advantages
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions by assessing client network environments and ensuring alignment with performance and security needs
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms such as Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN, and Fortinet
- Solid knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
