SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on providing pre-sales support, conducting technical demonstrations, and designing customized SD-WAN solutions for clients in the LATAM market.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to present tailored technical solutions and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions based on client assessments, ensuring alignment with performance, scalability, and security needs
- Act as a technical resource for existing clients, providing ongoing support to optimize network performance post-implementation
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
