SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Acting as a technical advisor and product expert, the full-time Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer will work remotely in Brazil, providing pre-sales support, conducting product demonstrations, and designing customized SD-WAN solutions for clients in the LATAM market.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements and present tailored technical solutions
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions that align with clients' business objectives and network environments
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in a technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering role, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
