SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing overlay specialist sales team, the full-time Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer will act as a technical advisor and product expert, collaborating with clients to demonstrate SD-WAN capabilities and ensure successful product implementation in a remote role covering the LATAM market.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements and present tailored technical solutions
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions by assessing clients' network environments and aligning with their business objectives
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering role, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and strong presentation skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
