SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Intermediate SD-WAN Solutions Engineer, the full-time remote position will serve as a technical advisor and product expert for clients in the LATAM market, demonstrating SD-WAN capabilities and ensuring successful product implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to present tailored technical solutions and conduct product demonstrations for clients
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions by assessing client network environments and aligning with their business objectives
- Act as a technical resource for existing clients, providing ongoing support and advocacy for optimal network performance
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering role, with at least 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
