SD-WAN Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Acting as a technical advisor and product expert, the full-time remote SD-WAN Solutions Engineer will collaborate with clients to demonstrate SD-WAN capabilities, design customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation while supporting the LATAM market.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements and present tailored technical solutions
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Design customized SD-WAN solutions by assessing clients' current network environments and business objectives
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering role, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms and networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and strong presentation skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
