SDET Automation Test Lead
Job Summary
Driving quality engineering excellence, the full-time remote SDET Automation Test Lead will lead automation strategies, design and maintain testing frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance and test automation strategies across customer engagements
- Design, develop, and maintain robust UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks
- Provide guidance and code reviews for Quality Engineers and automation teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with significant experience as an SDET or Automation Lead
- Hands-on expertise in designing and scaling automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies
- Strong API automation experience using tools like ReadyAPI, REST Assured, or Postman
- Proficiency in Java or JavaScript/TypeScript for developing maintainable automation solutions
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps
