SDET Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Quality Assurance department, the remote SDET Engineer will focus on automation testing, design and maintain automated tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain automated tests for services, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional use cases
• Lead efforts in drafting test scenarios and triaging bugs while investigating failures across various environments
• Leverage AI tools to enhance the development workflow and improve delivery velocity, while monitoring and maintaining test pipelines

Required qualifications

• Solid proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with experience in test runners such as Mocha
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation frameworks, including Playwright
• Experience testing MQTT or similar Pub/Sub interfaces, and GraphQL APIs
• Working knowledge of cloud environments and containerized deployments, including Docker
• Familiarity with Android test automation using frameworks such as Appium
