SDET Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the reliability and performance of web platform features, the full-time SDET Engineer will focus on manual and automated testing of UI, APIs, and backend services, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive quality for web platform features, including UI, APIs, and backend services
• Design and execute manual test cases and exploratory testing for complex web and API workflows
• Build and maintain automated test suites, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for efficient feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering with a strong focus on web platforms and APIs
• Proven hands-on experience with manual testing of complex consumer-facing web applications
• Strong experience building and maintaining API tests using tools such as Postman or REST-assured
• Hands-on experience with web automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress
