Job Summary

To drive the transition of SDET practices, the contract SDET Lead will manage the development of SDET teams, oversee automation regression, and leverage advanced testing tools while working remotely within the EST and CST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and development of SDET teams
• Oversee automation regression processes and ensure quality assurance standards
• Utilize performance testing tools and AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives within SDET roles
• Strong background in Java programming and automation testing
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Neoload and observability tools like DataDog
• Experience with GitHub, Sonarqube, and Playwright for testing automation
• Knowledge of AI-driven test generation and verification techniques
