Seeking a skilled SDET Subject Matter Expert for a contract role focused on leading the transition to a modern, automation-first Quality Engineering model, working remotely within the EST and CST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies and best practices for Quality Engineering
• Build and manage SDET teams to drive quality transformation initiatives
• Oversee automation regression testing and ensure high-quality engineering standards across platforms

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives within Quality Assurance
• Strong background in automation, particularly with Java
• Experience in retail or e-commerce environments
• Deep hands-on expertise in test architecture and automation
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective SDET teams
