SDLC Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDLC Process Engineer to drive operational excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current-state SDLC practices and design standardized Process Definition Documents for all steps and stages
• Maintain a centralized SharePoint Activity Library as the single source of truth for approved processes and documentation
• Define baseline SDLC metrics and contribute to the design of SDLC dashboards for audit-ready reporting

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in SDLC process design and documentation within a complex, regulated environment
• Strong background in software delivery, IT governance, or PMO/SDLC process management
• Experience managing documentation and knowledge repositories, particularly in SharePoint
• Technical knowledge of AzureDevOps and ServiceNow
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and training with cross-functional stakeholders
