SDMS Technical Lead

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise data management and system upgrade projects, the remote SDMS Technical Lead will manage infrastructure workstreams, coordinate network activities, and provide technical support for various applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support the technical workstream of SDMS upgrade programs, ensuring environment readiness across DEV, TEST, and PROD
• Coordinate network and security enablement activities, including firewall rule requests and connectivity testing
• Oversee identity and access management, including AD groups and service account permissions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical or systems analyst roles supporting enterprise on-prem applications
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server and troubleshooting enterprise applications
• Experience managing firewall rules, port management, and DNS basics
• Working knowledge of TLS/SSL certificates and PKI processes
• Familiarity with Active Directory permissions and least-privilege principles
