SDMS Technical Lead

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise data management and system upgrade projects, the remote SDMS Technical Lead will manage technical infrastructure workstreams, coordinate network and security activities, and provide application technical support for various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support the technical and infrastructure workstream of SDMS upgrade programs across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
• Coordinate network and security enablement activities, including firewall rule requests and connectivity testing
• Oversee identity and access management, ensuring compliance with least-privilege principles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical or systems analyst roles supporting enterprise on-prem applications
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server and troubleshooting enterprise applications
• Experience managing firewall rules, port management, and DNS basics
• Working knowledge of TLS/SSL certificates and PKI processes
• Familiarity with Active Directory permissions and service account management
