Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed targets
  • Implement and refine sales development strategies, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective outreach campaigns and messaging

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales roles, with 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling SDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation techniques, and pipeline management
  • Ability to develop top-performing SDRs through coaching and mentorship
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement systems including Outreach and Salesforce
