Job Summary

To support the growth of the Sales Development organization, the full-time remote SDR Manager will manage, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 SDRs, focusing on improving performance, pipeline generation, and strategic outbound execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day SDR performance, including activity quality and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, including 1:1s, call coaching, and tactical feedback
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement best practices and improve team strategies
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing SDRs, BDRs, or outbound sales development teams
  • Proven ability to coach early-career sales talent and enhance rep performance
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and metrics
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose funnel issues and implement improvements
