Job Summary
Seeking a full-time SDR Manager - Texas Licensed to lead and expand the US Sales Development Representative team, focusing on pipeline generation and team performance in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing SDR team to generate qualified pipeline across the US market
- Coach and mentor SDRs to enhance prospecting and qualification skills
- Own SDR performance metrics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing a sales development or inside sales team, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrable experience with CRM software, with a strong preference for HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data for performance improvements
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to inspire team performance
- Deep understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management
