SDR Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDR Team Lead - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SDRs, setting expectations and driving accountability for pipeline targets
• Coach and develop SDRs through feedback, call reviews, and performance management
• Support hiring and onboarding efforts to ensure effective ramping of new hires

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, including at least 1 year in a team lead or senior capacity
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals through outbound efforts
• Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity or IT security experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of modern prospecting tools and methods
• Passion for coaching and mentoring others
