Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDR Team Manager to lead and develop a team of sales development representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of 6-7 SDRs, providing hands-on training and support
  • Drive top-of-funnel performance by managing key metrics and establishing accountability structures
  • Optimize the SDR tech stack and evolve account distribution strategies for improved efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct SDR management experience with accountability for performance metrics
  • Recent hands-on experience in SDR roles, with a proven track record of cold calling and outbound sequences
  • Experience in building SDR processes from the ground up in earlier-stage companies
  • Strong data-driven management skills, including experience with Salesforce and other prospecting tools
  • Proven ability to develop and retain talent within the SDR team
