Search and AI Retrieval Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Search & AI Retrieval Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and define the future search stack and design a scalable, cloud-native search architecture
• Design and implement a Knowledge Graph architecture and develop modern recommendation systems
• Architect retrieval pipelines on Google Cloud Platform and ensure scalability and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production search or retrieval systems
• Strong experience in designing search architectures and evaluating search technologies
• Experience with semantic search and embeddings-based retrieval
• Strong Python skills and experience with cloud-native systems, preferably GCP
• Experience leading technical initiatives in mid-sized teams
