• Oversee paid search activation, ensuring performance and compliance with enterprise standards
• Lead and mentor a team of Search Managers and Coordinators while executing high-profile client strategies
• Experiment with AI tools and develop strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in paid search

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in paid search or performance media with leadership responsibility
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, including automation and bidding strategies
• Proven experience in leading high-performing search teams and managing client relationships
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable strategies
