Job Summary

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a remote capacity, the full-time Search Consultant will generate direct hire revenue by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various roles while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client intake calls to understand needs and develop recruiting plans
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to meet production standards
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain compliance with legal and company standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across various job levels
• Proficiency in managing multiple recruiting resources and platforms
• Ability to develop and implement business development strategies
• Knowledge of legal compliance related to recruiting and placement
