Job Summary

Managing multiple website migrations, the full-time Search Engine Optimization Manager will execute SEO strategies for university partner sites, ensuring organic visibility and performance improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategy for simultaneous website migrations, including creating scalable frameworks and managing key migration artifacts
• Provide recommendations for information architecture and conduct content audits to align with search demand and conversion goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technical SEO and platform performance, ensuring best practices are implemented during migrations

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in organic performance optimization for enterprise or multi-site ecosystems
• Proven track record of leading complex website migrations and large-scale platform transitions
• Strong expertise in developing information architecture and content strategies aligned with search intent
• Experience collaborating with UX, design, and engineering teams to enhance site performance
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, redirects, and performance optimization
