Search Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Search Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and strategic direction
• Drive innovation and automation in Search engineering to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud software development, with expertise in GCP, Azure, and/or AWS
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing product-led, cloud-based software engineering teams
• 10+ years of experience directly developing applications throughout the software development lifecycle
• Strong experience with containerization including Kubernetes
• Proven experience in managing large-scale distributed systems across multiple cloud environments
