Search Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Search Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between the product and its users.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales engagements
• Design tailored solutions based on client requirements using Qdrant and adjacent tools
• Build technical demos, PoCs, and reference architectures while assisting with performance tuning and integration best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Developer Advocate, or similar technical role
• Strong understanding of vector search, similarity search, and machine learning workflows
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with common AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, Faiss, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services)
• Passion for open-source software and engaging with developer communities
