Job Summary

Assisting Account Executives and Managers, the seasonal remote Account Coordinator for hotels will support ongoing business sales and foster hotel relationships through October 2026.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist Account Executives with the review and management of hotel proposals and negotiations
  • Build strong relationships with hotel vendors and sales managers to ensure timely receipt of proposals and bids
  • Collaborate with team members and be flexible in handling tasks outside of typical responsibilities for client benefit
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel customer service, or hotel management is desired but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently towards goals
